  • I’ve been working with Brian since I joined Svetness and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Brian took the time to learn about my own fitness goals and incorporates it into every training session, and he is constantly coming up with new exercises and has new equipment for me to use. He goes above and beyond for me during our training sessions if it’s ensuring my form is correct, giving me handouts with pictures and directions for workouts, modifying an exercise if I am having trouble with it, and even checking in throughout the week to keep me motived and training outside of our sessions! And every workout is a little bit more challenging than the last in the best way and keeps me motivated throughout this fitness journey.

  • Andie is a very involved trainer. She goes beyond the allotted weekly training and offers loads of information regarding nutrition, healthcare providers, supplements and enhancing the workout experience. During the trainings she is very thorough to ensure you are giving your best and ensuring that you are learning good form to continue working on your own. Very caring and attentive to your needs and limitations, but also pushes you hard to achieve the desired goals. Full of energy and with a very positive spirit.   • By far, Rayshawn is the BEST fitness trainer that I have ever had! I came to him lacking the motivation to lose weight after having gained 20lbs during the pandemic. After training with Rayshawn for two months, I see the progress that I have made and I have my motivation back! If you are looking for an intense and productive workout, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rayshawn!

  • I’ve only had a few sessions so far with Shirley but she’s so great! So helpful with instruction, encouraging, knowledgeable, always flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling. She really goes the extra mile with emails telling me exercises and things to do on my days working out on my own and insights about my diet. Five stars!

  • Kimia is undoubtedly the best personal trainer I have ever come across. We train through virtual video sessions and every session has been very easy and productive even though it's virtual. She is always well prepared and creative with exercises. If I am low on energy or have any body aches she makes sure to alter the exercises to match/improve my situation but at the same time also pushes me to work harder and get stronger progressively. She has motivated me to go from not exercising at all to wanting to exercise almost everyday!!!

  • Kyle has been great trainer ! Even with my early morning training session he shows up prepared and with an energetic attitude EVERY single time. His focus on technique and the way he explains each exercise helps me to utilize the exact muscles I am supposed to. He listens to my goals and creates some great challenging workouts.   • I've worked with many trainers in the past and without hesitation I can say Joseph is the best of the best. He knows anatomy, correct body mechanics & postural alignment like no one I've worked with before and he understands the nuances of those attributes to achieve desired results. He holds you accountable to push your own limits and suggests great tips & tricks to reach your goals. In less than 3 months of work with Joseph, I am already noticing a difference in my strength, stamina and overall endurance. And he has a great attitude too! I highly recommend Joseph as a fitness professional !!

  • Darius was very enjoyable to work with. He was pleasant, professional, punctual, easy to communicate with, organized, thorough, and knew how to push me enough to help me achieve my goals. I had weekly sessions with Darius and during each session I sweat more than ever before, even though I was only weight lifting and in a cool basement. Darius was very knowledgeable about how to perform the exercises correctly, how to adjust them if necessary, and how each exercise worked. He would write out a complete workout plan for the whole week and our session would go through all the exercises to ensure that I could do them correctly and was prepared for the upcoming week's workout routine. We did a lot of leg exercises and by the end my thighs had grown so much that I could barely fit into some tighter-fitting pants that I had. I enjoyed my training sessions with Darius and am grateful that we got to work together and that I was able to learn from him.

  • Ben is amazing! I had never had a personal trainer before and I didn't really know what to expect, and then my apartment closed the gym and my sessions became virtual with me working out with my (very minimal!) at home equipment! Now, several months in, I can say training has totally exceeded all my expectations! Ben consistently finds ways to keep things interesting and challenging--even finding creative uses for things I have around the house, like a towel or a step-ladder! He's funny and friendly, but still manages to get me to push myself, it's very impressive! I'm so amazed and happy that virtual training can work when you have the right trainer. I feel stronger and healthier, and now know tons of exercises to keep me in shape even without access to a gym. I could say more, but this is long already, so, long story short, Ben is great! I highly recommend working with him!

  • From day one I’ve been impressed with the professionalism and ethics of the company. Ben, in particular, is wonderful, makes me feel super comfortable, challenges me, and helps me keep a clear and healthy mindset. We have built on the progress I make weekly to do harder and more strategic exercises to reach my goals. I now feel confident going into the gym on my own, knowing tons of exercises and how to effectively use different equipment. Ben has helped me build a very strong foundation to continue to build on. It feels sustainable and calculated, rather than an extreme or dangerous approach I could never keep up with. Even with the COVID pandemic, we've seamlessly transitioned to FaceTime workouts that are just as effective in my living room as they were in the gym. He even remembers my cat's name! Thank you, Ben!

  • Helen is a great trainer! She is really dedicated, and wants to see you achieve your goals. Helen’s trainings are challenging, but do not leave you completely sore and hating exercise. On days that I am not training with Helen, she gives me homework assignments and checks to make sure I am keeping up with them. Helen also gives tips on proper nutrition. Overall, I am really enjoying my sessions with Helen.

  • I have worked with many trainers in the past and Jose is the best. I have been training with Jose for almost six months and have been very satisfied with the results. He is extremely attentive, detail oriented when it comes to technique, and has a diverse knowledge of exercises. He is an elite athlete himself, having a top-level MMA background. He knows how to get the most out of each session without me feeling burned out or sore at the end, but instead energized and looking forward to the next session. He is also great from a customer service standpoint as he truly cares about his students, is very organized, and easy to communicate and schedule with. I highly recommend him.

I never sweated so much, I felt really good after class, in addition to helping me with my diet, where I managed to lose almost 20 pounds in less than 2 months. He makes it comfortable to workout/go to the gym. Also he is a supportive trainer who prioritizes your goals while holding you accountable and motivated. 10/10 would recommend without hesitation!!

I've been training with him for about a month and already notice a difference in my strength and overall fitness. He makes it comfortable to workout/go to the gym no matter your initial fitness level and is easy to talk to/get along with.   • Charles is the BEST! I have had a number of trainers over the years and am a pretty avid exerciser on my own so it takes a lot for me to feel engaged and challenged. And Charles does just that. He is absolutely the best trainer I've ever had. Each session is challenging and interesting - the time actually flies by, which is not something I ever say about exercise. I honestly couldn't be happier with the progress I've made in my fitness journey with Charles' help, encouragement, and support!

  • I have been a member of Svetness for over a year. As a woman in my 50's I was not interested in sweaty gyms or loud, high-paced classes at a rec center. Having a trainer come to my home has been an excellent experience. The process started with a free intake interview to determine my needs and match them to a trainer. I've had two excellent trainers. They are knowledgeable, supportive, and responsive to my need for adaptation due to physical challenges. They have been flexible and communicative about scheduling, and will bring equipment if you don't have any. I have also been very pleased with the company itself. They are responsive to questions and were flexible in allowing a temporary suspension for some physical therapy. This program has been effective and a good value for the money. I recommend Svetness Personal Training to anyone looking for individual attention or special needs from a professional trainer.

  • I had the good fortune of meeting Andre at my gym and discussed personal training with him. We set up a training schedule as well as a diet plan. I have worked with personal trainers in the past and knew a little about form and training exercises. If you want a trainer who is "no nonsense", focused, not a "shouter", and will push you beyond what you feel you can do, then Andre is the trainer you need to work with. I highly recommend Andre to any individual who is serious about their training, training results and diet lifestyle.

  • I love training with Allison. She is positive, encouraging and motivating. She knows which exercises target specific areas of the body, and she's designed a varied and challenging fitness program to help me meet my goals. She pushes me to go beyond what I think I can do while being consistently patient and positive. I feel comfortable trying new exercises even if I don't get them right or look ridiculous. I never thought I'd be able to do some of the exercises that Allison has me doing! I know I'm stronger now than when I started. She's a great trainer and I highly recommend her.

  • Allison is the right trainer for me, an 83 year-old woman in good shape (post-two new hips) who intends to remain so. I've had trainers before from Svetness who were good in keeping limber, but after about six months with me in 2018, Allison set out explicit goals by the end of 2019 that relate to limber, strength, flexibility, balance and persistence. She is tough. She is stretching me....but she is keeping me on track. Life is good.

  • Awesome trainer who has met my goals now for over 8 months. We discussed my goals and how to meet them using calisthenics only. I have been super satisfied with my results with us using my local park to use the equipment they have and High Intensity-Interval Training(HIIT). He watches me like a hawk to make sure my form is good so that I get the most out of each exercise and pushes me when I need it. Through progression I am meeting my goals of becoming fitter and leaner. Took a chance and it’s more than paid off in results.

  • I have had Georgi push me incredibly hard while making it worthwhile and motivating me during the effort. The reason someone hires a trainer is to make sure you take your workout further then you would take yourself while keeping you from injuring your body. All this while holding yourself accountable for goals to push results makes this the most effective way to accomplish getting fit.

  • My job can be very stressful & I had allowed myself to get really out of shape. So, last summer, I decided to find a personal trainer who would not only motivate me but to push me to put myself first, instead of always saying to myself “I will work out tomorrow…I will eat better tomorrow…One day won’t make me fat”. I researched several trainers and found Svetness personal training company. They assigned Daniel as my personal trainer. By far Daniel is the most professional, realistic and down to earth. He does not blow the “smoke” many trainers do, he also is the only trainer (and he is my 3rd…from the same company) who explains proper form and method behind his training. Best part, he is very very friendly and fun to work with :). Since working with Daniel, I feel very energetic and motivated. and I feel lot stronger than I used to be.
