Review for Fallon

Working with Fallon has been amazing! I've worked 1:1 with trainers before, but never with results like this. In less than two months, I've lost almost 20 pounds and inches from problem areas like bust, stomach and hips--but gained muscles tone, confidence and energy. II love that her fitness plan is completely tailored to my needs and abilities. Her routine is completely different than what I've tried before: we use natural resistance, bands, pulleys, and dumbells, and exercises that all build on one another so I can truly feel and see incremental strength, growth and improvement. At the same time I started working with Fallon, I began PT, prescribed by my orthopedist to help build my quads to support arthritic knees that have seen multiple operations; specifically, tho, I sought PT to help me do a movement I was unable to do in my reformer Pilates class. After eight sessions, twice weekly for four weeks plus what I did in my own, there was some improvement from PT, but I was still unable to do the Pilates movement. Then Fallon had me try stability ball-assisted deadbugs, which required that same movement I was unable to do in Pilates, even after PT. For the first couple sets, I struggled, unable to fully extend my knee from a 90 degree angle, supine, and straighten and lower it to the floor and back up again to a 90 degree bend. Fallon encouraged me to keep at it and do my best. Guess what! After a week, when Fallon came back for our session, I surprised her with my full extensions, down and back, completely able to do my deadbugs--and do that same Pikates movement I was unable to do after 8 PT sessions! Working on it on my own over the past week, I really pushed myself, exceeding the two sets to three and increasing the reps from 10 to 15 because I wanted to prove to myself that I could do it--and with Fallon's help, I DID!!!! I still have 30 pounds to go to meet my goal, but I am more confident than ever that I'll get there, largely due to Fallon's expert training and support.

Review for Winston

Winston was very encouraging and was able to tell when to give me a push and when I needed a break. He started out getting to know more about my history and daily life, and used that knowledge to assess where to begin. When giving me tasks to complete he observed to see how far I could push myself naturally. I liked that style of training because I wasn't focused on the number of reps, but just putting in the work and letting him tell me when to stop or stopping when I felt I reached my limit. Often my personal limit exceeded his expectation and he encouraged me by letting me know. Looking forward to pushing harder and getting stronger in my next sessions with Winston. Thank you!

We make finding a trainer easy! All of our personal trainers go through our interview process, background checks, certification screening and are all fully insured prior to being assigned to our clients. We handle all transactions withour clients to ensure you will get the services you pay for. You will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager that will be available for any assistance during your time with us.

The Company was started in 2011 but was officially launched in 2012.

The free fitness consultation is a brief meeting designed to give our clients more information about our company and the services provided. Potential clients meet with one of our fitness directors to go over what they are looking for in a personal trainer and what plan will be best suited for their needs.

We currently have a very large database of thousands of trainers nationwide.

You have the option to choose a Male or Female trainer, we have both.

We select the trainer by the following criteria: Location, Goals, Expertise, Availability and Gender requests if any.
