Stephanie holds an ISSA Certified Elite Trainer Certification with three ISSA Certifications. She is a Certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition, Nutritionist, and Personal Trainer. Stephanie's Certified Nutritionist and Personal Training career spans a decade with male and female clients that range in scope from teen to retired. She works with clients who need personalized program design for personal health goals, fitness, weight loss, healing, and sports specific goals. Stephanie personally practices a healthy lifestyle as a way of life. As a former sparring partner for a semi-pro boxer she still has a love for boxing. Her life as a former chef informs her creativity as a nutritionist. She likes fun, functional exercise and equipment to keep her workouts interesting. Stephanie enjoys meeting her clients where they are now and is their coach and partner to empower clients to move forward and realize the change they envision. She is passionate about all types of movement, fitness, nutrition and the mind-body connection for her clients to achieve their goals.
