Personal Bio; Here’s a little about me and how I may be an essential part of your overall Health and Fitness; Born and raised in Western WA and a proud veteran of 12 years in the active Army. I have always been an individual who had an interest in fitness, and now, my passion and career. Like a lot of young people, I started off in laborious type jobs, many different types of construction in my case. I joined the Army as a young man of 23. I went Airborne, did 5 tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. It goes without saying, that I have experienced a wide variety of physical “ins & outs” of a wide range of work related and recreational activity. I am proud to have served and am highly motivated & very happy to get the chance to be able to help and be of service to you again. Thanks to the many different workout routines (both my own and through the military), physical therapy exercises given to me for various injuries & shoulder surgery and just “normal” every day aches and pains. I understand a lot of the physical and mental trials that can negatively affect us in our daily routines or, just life in general. I am confident that I can help make your daily living a bit more tolerable if not downright enjoyable! ? Whether its joining the military, building houses, raking leaves, or playing with your kids and or grandchildren, I will personalize a program around your goals, that’s just for you.
