Hi everyone, Rabah Foughali , I have been working as a trainer since 2012 , got my personal training coach and sport nutrition with NASM . I do personal training because I love the sport , and I wanna share my knowledge and help others get to their goals. I competed in men's physique contacts for the last 6 years , I won some and lost some.
