Biography
My name is Matt, and I'm 21 years old from the south shore area in Massachusetts. Growing up, I always had a passion for sports, prompting me to play hockey from childhood until my final years of high school. While constantly training for hockey, I grew to love going to the gym. I've been strength training for 5 years now and received my personal trainers certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine!
