Hi, I am Marta. I was born and raiseed in Poland. I moved to USA in 2003. I am Nasm Certify Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am former professional ballet dancer dedicated to healthy living for over 10 years. As a dancer I lead individual workouts incorporating ballet based exercises and fun, energetic modern dance classes for diverse age groups and fitness level.
