I started my exercise journey at 16 being personally trained myself. What began as just weightlifting turned into a career, lifestyle, and passion for all things health and fitness. I have training experience in traditional weightlifting, yoga, CrossFit, and calisthenics, alongside coaching. I want to share the knowledge I've gained through the years so people can exercise safe and efficiently long-term. My ultimate goal as a trainer is to see people meet their health and fitness goals while enjoying the process with me along the way.
