We did an Arms workout. I haven't had that solid of a workout in a very long time. Jevon showed me proper form and technique, and encouraged me to not let up and complete all my sets. I'm very much looking forward to our next session.

We had a really great workout. it was challenging and satisfying at the same time. Jevon is pushing me to excel without over-exerting and getting injured. I'm always looking for more and trying to give the best output I can.
