Hi there! I'm a personal trainer recently certified under the ISSA! I've been a competitive athlete for years, and I still am. I've been doing martial arts for over 10 years, and I've competed in a wide variety of martial arts including Taekwondo, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, and BJJ. As a competitive athlete, I look to bring in my expertise and experience to help others reach their fitness goals!

Jeffrey Huu did a good job but I was hoping to get someone who has more rehabilitation experiance. Jeff appears to be more of a martial arts expert. I need someone who can get musles in my neck. Geo
