Biography
Hi my name is Jake! I am originally from Ohio, and moved to California about 7 years ago. I fell in love with fitness from an early age from playing sports and eventually found the gym as a coping mechanism after losing my mother to Cancer. I became pretty depressed and gained quite a bit of weight at first. After that I decided to get my personal training certification and learn how to get back in shape. Ever since then I have been a Private personal trainer and fell in love with helping others live a happy long life by educating and supporting them in the gym.
