There is nothing like being apart of helping a human reach their physical peak. I enjoy being apart of the journey to help clients move better, feel better and look better through the power of physical fitness! Yoga and Pilates is my specialties to go along with flexibility and strength training! My duty is to come up with fun and creative ways to help you reach your goals; while also staying in constant communication with you the client to understand your likes and dislikes. My passion for fitness began in High School when I was sixteen years old and diagnosed with a serious case of scoliosis, so severe that I was told I'll be in a wheel chair by the time I was twenty two; thankfully I did not except that fate! I began to workout day and night primarily my back and legs throughout that journey I never had a doubt that I would never be subdued to a wheelchair and now at thirty two I'm a Physical Trainer!
