Biography
I am a NASM personal trainer in the Stafford, VA area. I have been working with clients since 2008. I grew up in Nebraska on a cattle farm. I contribute my strong work ethic, dedication and positive attitude from those early years growing up and learning from my family. I believe anyone can become strong and change their fitness over time, regardless of their age. My goal for every client is to help them reach their fitness goals (small goals or long term goals) and to be able to reach for optimal health and longevity.
