Biography
Isiah was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He was involved in soccer, basketball and baseball. Towards the end of Jr. High School, he enrolled in Shotokan Karate where he trained and acquired his black belt. After college, his weight bounced back and forth until he committed to maintaining his shape all year round. As his training style evolved from trial and error, he noticed that people confided in him about their fitness goals often. This compelled him to become certified to reach out and help as many people as possible. He specializes in bodybuilding and calisthenics as he continues to venture deeper into the fitness world.
