Ildiko Scott is a Certified Personal Trainer , Corrective Exercise Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist and a Health and Fitness Professional. She had been struggling with her weight and health for 29 years. 10 years ago she made drastic lifestyle changes and lost 50 lb and turned her weight and health problems around. In the process Ildiko fell in love with exercise, healthy eating and become a Certified Personal Trainer, did a lot of studying and experimenting on nutrition and lifestyle. She is a firm believer that safe and sound exercise, good, healthy nutrition and a good night sleep can change your life. Ildiko has almost a decade of experience helping people to lose weight, change their body composition, improve their daily living, find a balanced diet what works for them, help motivate them, become ache and pain free, improve their cardiovascular capacity and have a better and healthier life in general. She, herself has a very healthy lifestyle, diet and exercise routine that keeps her going and sets an example to her friends, family and clients. Ildiko, has a passion for health, fitness and Hungarian Folk Dancing, that she has been practicing since 2011. Her philosophy is Body Mind Balancing. I've been training with Ildiko a few months now and she's honestly the best thing that happened on my fitness journey. She's considerate to certain pain points I have in my body, but always pushes me just enough to try harder and be better. Ildiko's attention to detail is also fantastic -- the number of times she's told me to change how I stand or hold something to get maximum effects is countless.

I love working out with Ildiko, she is patient, knowledgeable, organized, seriouse about her job and caring. She even saty longer to finish my work out for the day. Every question that I ask her, she spends time and do research to find me the best answer. She is a great health mentor as well. I’m learning a lot from her. She is always available to respond to my questions. I highly recommend her.

Iidiko was a fantastic trainer who hugely helped me strengthen, condition and improve flexibility in a way that significantly moved me toward my fitness goals. She combines innovative, body weight exercises of varying intensity that always leave you feeling you’ve had a thorough workout.

Ildiko is amazing. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. Each workout is different and never boring. She pushes me to do more. In the past 3 months I have gotten stronger, lost inches and my clothes fit better. I highly recommend Ildiko. She is the best.

I have been working with Ildiko for 5 weeks and it has been awesome. She changes the workouts keeping them fresh and interesting and is really in tune with what i need. She is awesome!
