We have been working with Elias for a month now. He has been very good to deal with. We explained our situation and his response has been spot on. No matter if you are new to working out and want guidance or experience and want to take it to the next level or wherever your at. Literally Elias is the best well rounded trainer he starts you at the level your on making a plan to meet your goals with workout plans and meal plans. Elias has been my trainer for 2 years helping me lose weight, gaining strength, and stamina/endurance. I would not have been able to do this with out him.

If you just starting out and need guidance or well experience in workingout but just want to tak it to the next level. Elias is literally the answer he works at your level wherever your at. He has been training me for 2 years he has built plans around when I got injured to get me back right to include meal plans helping me recover and lose weight. I'm now fully healed up and I have Elias to thank for that.

Been working with Eli in 2022 and he’s been awesome. We focus on strength training and lift heavy 3 days a week. I’ve already put on 10 lbs of muscle this year thanks to Eli and look forward to adding another 10 lbs in 2023!!!!
