Have fun building the habits that will create a healthier, happier, you for LIFE! I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a background in Yoga and Pilates. Working out with a friend, just makes it more fun and easier to stick with. Having a coach is the key to establishing the consistency that brings RESULTS! My previous clients have not only experience weight loss while gaining muscle, but have also had decreases in their blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels! Building muscle is anti-inflammatory and one of the most effective ways to reverse fatty liver and insulin resistance. It also increases immune system performance. Not to mention the boost of "happy" hormones and stress relief! With consistency, your body will actually "relearn" and begin to enjoy and even crave the positive results of exercise!
