Biography
I am originally from Cleveland, OH. I grew up into sports, playing through high school. I served nine years in the military, moving and traveling quite a bit over the years. Fitness and exercise has been always been a staple in my life. I enjoy sharing my passion for fitness with others while helping others achieve their goals. I am a certified personal trainer, certified through the National Academy of Sports medicine.

Chris is AMAZING. He really knows his job and is so good at explaining everything to me. I did not feel embarrassed about not being in very good shape. He is very kind and a great teacher. I have already recommended him highly to two Midlothian friends, one of whom is interested in finding a trainer. I think Chris's and my working relationship is going to bring me the health changes I am seeking.
