Biography
I am a 31 year old guy who has been fortunate enough to have been an athlete for most of my life. I played soccer competitively for 14 years, football for 3 years, basketball for 4 years and I was a swimmer for a year! I pride myself on being able to educate others on prehab, rehab and proper biomechanics so that you can live the life you want and can be comfortable doing so! I also have a background in physical therapy & psychology, so I love incorporating therapeutic methods, nutrition and the mind body connection into all aspects, not just physical.
