Biography
Chelsie was born & raised on Kaua'i, and currently resides on O'ahu - one of the neighbor islands. Her passion for health & fitness all started in high school. She was a track sprinter, and her favorite events were the 100m, 200m & 4x100m relay. It was her outlet to her stress, whether it'd be due to school pressures or family issues. It was also a safe space for her to be great at her events and thrive with like-minded teammates & supportive coaches. One of the things she learned throughout track is that it's important to take care of our bodies, so that our bodies can take care of us. This means moving our bodies daily, eating in a sustainable way, and treating ourselves gently/kindly - especially with our words. Her love for fitness continued as she went to college. She got her Bachelors in Kinesiology/Rehabilitation Science and then got into personal training and online coaching. She enjoys celebrating her clients' wins with them, as well as working step-by-step through their unexpected setbacks. Besides lifting weights, Chelsie loves taking Lyra (aerial hoop) classes, hiking, skiing & going to the beach with her husband. Her favorite food is pasta and her favorite color is pink! The 2 keys to success that Chelsie believes are: 1. To show Jesus' light & aloha to those around her. 2. Consistency (no matter how small) towards reaching any goal. Instead of all or nothing, think "always something!"

Review for Chelsie
Chelsie is extremely communicative and well rounded in her approach to wellness. She is very encouraging and fun to train with. She was gracious enough to accomodate my very crazy schedule for the time together and made our hour worth while. She had an array of training equipment perfect and so we were able to train outside in the sun which was even more motivating.
