Biography
I believe that everyone is unique. Each client will get a customized workout based on their goals. I will do whatever it takes to help my clients reach their goals. Each day I wake up with happiness knowing that I can help people. I enjoy getting clients to their fitness destination. There's nothing that makes me happier than helping people with their fitness needs. Went to lock haven university to study exercise science. I then took the American council of exercise test. I have other certifications as well.
