My name is Armando(Manny ) I currently train athletes that want to improve physically and mentally at the phol center in UNT. I have coached soccer for youth and teens. I used to play varsity soccer and I am certified to train girls and boys. (requires 2 different certifications). You want to improve, lose weight be stronger mentally, physically or go up in level ?, this is the right place !!! So excited to have you on board with me.
