Coach Harriet is an extraordinary coach that doesn't only care about your physical fitness but also your overall wellbeing. I highly recommend Trudy! After my workouts I feel that I did the hard work without hurting myself. I have back (spine) problems and Trudy is always adjusting the exercises to my safety level.
