Biography
Background in muay thai, jiu-jitsu, and judo Bachelor's degree in kinesiology/exercise science I worked with all age groups and even helped with cardiovascular rehabilitation for patients that had open heart surgery. I lived in Thailand for about 1 year in 2022 and trained MMA there. Currently shadowing Physical Therapists and Sports medicine physicians on my spare time.
