Biography

I have been involved in fitness and athletics for over 40 years. A former scholarship athlete at Syracuse University I have been involved in athletic coaching and development. My experience as an athlete and a coach has inspired him to become a certified personal trainer as I see the need for health & nutritional education not only for the performance athlete, but for the non-athletic person addressing everyday health, and wellness. Background • Penn State University Abington, Head Coach Track & Field – Current • Archbishop Wood High School, Strength & Conditioning Coach - Current • Abington High School Coach (Football, Track & Field and Strength & Conditioning coach developed numerous college Division 1 scholarship student-athletes) 1983-1997. • United State Football League (U.S.F.L) New Jersey Generals 1983 roster & Oklahoma Outlaws training camp 1984 • National Football League (N.F.L) Philadelphia Eagles training camp 1980 & Kansas City Chiefs mini-camp 1981. • Syracuse University (Football Scholarship Student-Athlete 4-year Letter winner) 1976-1979. My ambition is to develop athletes to compete at their highest performance level and for non-athletic clients to enjoy the movement and quality of life through progressive performance training & development. My philosophy is a progressive symmetrical approach to fitness training that provides a synergistic balance with positive energy that shapes people’s awareness that incorporating a fitness regimen into their lives will lower their risk of heart disease, increase their self-esteem, and expand their mental and physical capacity for personal achievement. “Defining Athleticism, Strength and Performance”
