Biography
Hi! Veronica here :) I am originally from New Jersey and now call Virginia Beach my home. I grew up playing soccer to later play in college and a two years of semi-pro. A back injury would cut that short forcing me to look into other ways to stay fit, happy and healthy. Weight lifting, HIIT, strength & conditioning, proper nutrition was the perfect world for me to dive into in order to stay physically and mentally well. I am currently a med tech/CNA and soccer coach working on my CPT through NCSF and Nutrition Coach to follow. I truly enjoy helping others be the best version of themselves!
