Biography
I have been training for 8 years now. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science. I have trained clients from all walks of life and have many areas of knowledge. I compete in Strongman at a world level, I played football at a semi-pro level, and health and fitness are a part of basically everything that I do. I lost over 60 pounds on my own and have since then spent years building strength and muscle. I would love to work together and help you reach your goals!
