Biography
My name is Trevor Lue Chee Lip and I am a trainer based in Manassas. I grew up playing soccer and later learned to strength train to improve at my sport. I developed an interest in helping others improve their own health when I saw how proper self care improved my own life. I am a patient understanding person but will push my clients when they have it in them. I am a NSCA CPT and believe everyone can improve their health with the right direction.
