Biography

I am a former athlete with a variety of sports related exercise demonstration and skill. In high school I participated in football, basketball, and I also ran track. After high school I played football in college while studying in communication and psychology. During covid I came to a realization that I had a passion to assist and rehabilitate those I started working in a physical therapy as an technician aid to the therapist. There, I discovered that I loved to see individuals gain strength and work towards the goal of becoming and maintaining essential health. From there I became a personal trainer, I have worked in several gyms as a trainer and a front desk assistant. Now I am currently a full-time employee here at svetness and it has been anything but a wonderful experience! I am devoted to giving each and every client I encounter the assurance that their goals will be met to their satisfaction. A quote I reside by is not about how you start it's about how you finish, tough times are temporary.
