Biography
I believe lasting results come from changing behaviors—not just following a workout plan. With a background in behavioral health, I help clients build sustainable habits that support long-term success rather than quick fixes. I am an AFAA Certified Fitness Instructor and hold NASM certifications as a Nutrition Coach, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Youth Exercise Specialist. As a graduate student in Exercise Science, my approach combines evidence-based exercise, nutrition, corrective movement, and behavior change strategies to help clients improve strength, mobility, confidence, and overall health. Whether your goal is weight loss, muscle building, improving athletic performance, reducing pain, or creating a healthier lifestyle, my focus is on helping you build habits that last long after our sessions together.
