I've been in the profession for about 2 years now and am completely obsessed with it! most of my experience has been with the military as a civilian trainer I have a background In athletics and trained as a CrossFit athlete for a few years I am big on accountability and consistency I believe any hurdle placed in front of you can be cleared and anything you put your mind to can be achieved if you work hard enough
