I’ve been pretty active my entire life and played several sports growing up. I found my passion doing personal training. I love the outdoors, especially spending time out with my dog and spending time with friends and family. I enjoy attending all types of cultural events and welcome all backgrounds. I love health and fitness and I thoroughly enjoy talking about nutrition and exploring science.
