My name is Tasmin but you can call me Taz! I have been personal training for 4 years and specialize in rehab training ( so if you have injuries we can work through that!). I also train for people to gain mobility and flexibility. I love fitness, going outside to enjoy nature, and sports. My favorite basketball team is the Lakers and my football team is the 49ers and of course I'm a Dodger fan! Looking forward to get started with you!
