A highly educated and versatile fitness professional with a Master's degree in Kinesiology, Tanya brings a science-backed, results-driven approach to movement and performance. A former competitive gymnast, Tanya developed a deep understanding of strength, control, and body awereness early on, and later going on to coach the Univertoy of Texas gymnastics team. With certifications as a NASM Personal Trainer and NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach, along with a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500YTT), Tanya specializes in building strength, improving mobility, and enhancing movement quality. Her background also includes CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Gymnastics certifications, creating a well-rounded foundation in functional training and skill-based performance. Blending technical expertise with an intuitive coaching style, Tanya helps clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting confidence in their bodies.
