I'm a person that believes anyone who asks for help earnestly deserves it. As a personal trainer I focus on proprioception. This means that regardless of your end goal, you'll also be more skillful and well-balanced. Since coordination is a prerequisite of most successful, conscious activity (including reactivity), I like to educate my clients while training them. They begin to correlate information relevant to their movements and the physical activity itself. Furthermore, the benefits aren't just improved feelings, but the coordinated intelligence and physicality to explain these improvements to others, but, most importantly, to themselves. I like dogs more than people and I play rugby.
