Biography
My name is Summer Finch. I was born and raised in Arizona but have resided in Utah for the last couple of years. I love Utah for the year round outdoor activities! I have always loved being active and being outside. As a youth I participated in soccer, gymnastics, dance, softball, and basketball. In my adult life I have loved outdoor activities such as hiking, wakeboarding, snowboarding, hunting, and camping. I have a BS in Exercise Science and an MS in Health and Wellness Coaching. I am an ACE certified personal trainer. My fitness philosophy is "fitness is medicine." Most health conditions can be reversed, prevented, or managed by making fitness apart of your self care. It is my specialty to show you how to make fitness apart of your daily life and to make it fun which will lead you to the life you want and deserve.
