Biography
I help people integrate fitness, functional movement, and strength training into their everyday lives. It's the small steps taken over time, combined with habit, that takes you to where you want to go. Fitness and physical activity have always been part of my life. I have reaped innumerable benefits, and I want to help as many people as I can, do the same. Helping people unify their health across multiple dimensions is key. I take a holistic approach that looks at activity levels, health history and exercise, nutrition, hydration, self-care, restful sleep, healthy posture, mobility, and flexibility. I understand what it means to negotiate life's challenges and other priorities, while taking care of my own health. If you struggle with prioritizing your fitness health, strength, and well-being, let me help. It starts with choosing yourself and saying "yes" to your needs and goals. From here we start to cultivate small and powerful habits to build self-awareness and resilience, get through harder days, and reach the finish line. Overtime, we will integrate a natural, healthy lifestyle that is enjoyable while providing flexibility to enjoy work, friends, family, and other endeavors. I also completed graduate MBA-level studies in Green Business and Sustainability.
