Biography
At the age of 13, I started my first job at a big box gym cleaning equipment. Before I knew it, I was fixing the equipment and learning how everything works. I played sports growing up. I had 2 personal trainers (off and on season). Caring for my sick mother forced me to do research into physical therapy and holistic remedies. This sparked my interest in personal training. My love for learning how the body works gave me a fulfillment that I never thought I would experience.
