Biography
Strong sports background dating back to youth, have trained all ages. My style is more gauche and high intensity workouts. I utilize tempo circuits to get things done; an example of this is within an hour long session, I will want to get anywhere from 5-7 different workouts targeting multiple areas on the body. My workouts while demanding produce results, I also keep it fun as it is very rare to do the same workout in back-to-back sessions unless a specific target area has been identified. I will often engage in the workouts as well to help increase motivation.
