Hello everyone, my name is Samantha you all can call me Sammy if you like. I’m one of the personal trainers here in Svetness. To make the long story short about myself, & as of me being a personal trainer will here a bit on my back… I have back around knowledge in the medical field, & a high interest in the human body of anatomy when it comes to personal training with any of my clients. However I do have family & friends in the Medical Field that help me better understand the different key points in the human body, with that being said when it comes down to myself personal training with a client I pay keep close eye on my client & showing there right form technique & I making sure I give breaks in between each workout sets not to over exhaust their bodies and have them be better adjusted to the workout to get better results to have my client Reach their goals on that time I may sense or a bit earlier than they plan. I do like working with clients who may or may not have had a past injury or pass surveys, it only because that part of our body you yourself find weak I find that our Strongest part about yourself because eventually that weakest part of you will actually be your strongest point and your strongest point will still be your strongest point but it'll be equal standings that you'll be able to go ahead and have full of results than you ever imagine. To help a client reach their goals I will be your biggest cheerleader, I will be your drill sergeant, my job as a trainer is to make sure I get you to that point or you never feel insecure and you only feel good about yourself you're in that standings, that you're in that good mindset. That's my job and that's what I like about being a personal trainer. What do I specialize in as a personal trainer well here are a few examples for you of what I do as a trainer just to give you an idea: (1) Flexibility Training, with me is to stretch your muscles until they loosened up part of the body, & the body becomes lithe and limber. Flexibility exercises regularly will provide you with more movement. Flexibility training is stretching a part of the body that the client may have feeling more improves the hamstrings, lower back, iliotibial band (IT band) and hip. The benefits of flexibility training is it , a regular stretching routine that can be incorporated into each personal training session. (2) Strength Training when I like to work with a client on this I’m not just working on the muscle itself I’m also working on toning the body as I like to flam the body in to let yourself see a better version of yourself. When working with me in strength training there are four important things I like to challenge in the body: 1. MUSCLE - POWER, is the ability of a body to perform an activity quickly and repeatedly by applying a given force. 2. MUSCLE - STRENGTH, is the amount of force you can put out or the amount of weight you can lift. 3. MUSCLE - HYPERTROPHY, occurs when muscle protein synthesis exceeds muscle protein breakdown and results in positive net protein balance in cumulative periods. 4. MUSCULAR - ENDURANCE, the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to perform repetitive contractions against a force for an extended period of time. (3) Track & Field for anyone that does not know anything about track & field is a sport that includes the basics of running, jumping, & throwing skills. The sport takes place on running on a track or a grass field & the throwing on some as the jumping events. Track & field helps workouts help burn body fat & speed up metabolism indeed can help athletes reach & maintain healthy body weight. With the right exercising creates new neurons in the part of the brain that help cope with client with anxiety. (4) Boxing / Kickboxing I like to mix this together because when personal training using boxing / kickboxing it strengthens & tones your legs, arms, glutes, back, and core with the different forms you put in when workout. This workout can cause you to burn more calories while strengthening your muscles. (5) MMA as a personal training I like the mix of combining strength with cardio put together. MMA improves various ways of dealing with structural muscles based on the movements of punching, kicking, grappling, and wrestling. It's a fantastic cardio workout & it's effective in preventing various chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, obesity, and depression. MMA help the clients I work with to lose fat or lose weight. MMA can build strength in their shoulders for arm endurance & in their triceps and biceps for power, speed, and quick jabs. MMA also develops the muscles in their hips, quads, and calves to promote balance and stability. I like helping client the best wayI can & I try my best to pick the best that fit’s client needs for the client own different health & body type conditions when picking certain types of work out the best fits the my clients major goals and ambition of what they would like to improve on with themselves or overall health. That is, my job as a personal trainer is to make sure all of my clients get to their goals on time or ahead of time.
