Ryan here! my specific exercise preference is calisthenics! planches and handstands anyday. I take a more functional approach to fitness. why have all that muscle if all it does is flex, hmm??? 4 years back I was 270lbs at my heaviest and am now hovering around 170, so weight loss is something I have first hand experience with. I love fitness with a passion! I yearn to bring people ways to look at their fitness routine as fun, not something laborious! Adherence over the long term is our goal.
