Wassup everyone! I'm Ruben Valce and I'm a personal trainer currently living in Santa Rosa, CA. Fitness and sports has been a passion of mine since I was little. I was and have always been a guy that likes to exercise whether it's walking, lifting, playing sports. That is why I went to Sonoma State University and studied Kinesiology. I want to let people know our body is a temple and we must treat it as such. I just want to pass down the concept of healthy living to all my clients so they can live the healthiest lives possible!!!
