Live, Laugh, Love, Fitness. I have been personal trianing for 2 1/2 years now and I'm still going strong. I started taking my Fitness journey serious once my father passed from covid in 2020. He had a plethora of health issues , which essientially lead to him passing. After that hard realization I have dedicated myself to making sure to help and save lives through Fitness and healthy living.
