Biography
I am a certified personal trainer through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I have currently been in the fitness industry since 2014. Within those years I also played professional football in Japan. Since playing professionally I also served as a head trainer at a HIIT studio, as well as a PT at lifetime fitness.
