Personal trainer of 9 years with specialization in strength training, HIIT training, injury prevention, and bodybuilding. Additionally, I aim for clients to have a healthy relationship with food by bridging the gap between restrictive eating and well balanced meals. I teach clients how to make calorie friendly versions of their favorite meals! After seeing the effects of obesity had on my family, I knew at a young age that my calling was to help people prevent the detrimental effects. I have worked with clients of all ages: children, retirees, and the everyday adult wanting to stay in shape. My goal in the session is to make it fun, enjoyable, challenging, but most importantly-- safe. After our session, I hope to inspire you to build healthy habits and maintain your wellness journey.
