Biography
I specialize in using science based training methods to help people meet their fitness goals no matter what level they are at. Whether you're trying to work on your aesthetics, maximize your athletic potential, or are simply trying to feel better in your body, I utilize a combination of strength training, mobility work and stretch mediated hypertrophy to help my clients achieve the results they desire. As a competitive basketball player and kickboxer my entire life, when I began my weight lifting journey as a personal trainer 5 years ago, not only did I want to build muscle, but I also wanted to enhance my athletic performance. This forced me to be hyper aware of training in a manner that kept me from getting injured. Because of this, I feel very confident that I can design a program that will help you enhance your performance and minimize your risk of injury, whether your trying to maximize your athletic potential or your just beginning your fitness journey. It can also be very difficult to get your diet on track when we live in a culture where almost everything at our convenient stores are loaded with preservatives. I was raised by an acupuncturist and in a household where eating healthy was a staple. Having worked alongside my father in his clinic for many years I’ve seen first hand how your diet not only affects how you look, but how well your brain is functioning. Not only can I help you eat to lose or gain weight, I can also teach you how to avoid carcinogens, neurotoxins, and unwanted preservatives in your diet.
