Biography
Rachel is an experienced fitness professional who teaches private 1:1, small group and large group classes at Gold's, LA Fitness, 24-Hour, Chuze, Crunch, YMCA, Chaffey and Scripps College. She is certified for the following formats for more than 15 years: 1) E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Educator-Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance; 2) Certified Mat Pilates; 3) Bootcamp, 4) HIIT, 5) Circuit Training, 6) CrossFit; 7) Les Mills (LM) Body Pump/Barbell weightlifting, 8) Les Mills BodyBalance/Vinyasa Flow Yoga; 9) Les Mills BodyStep; 10)Les Mills (LM) Barre; LM Shapes; LM Core; 11) Tivity certified in Silver Sneakers; 12) YMCA certified Aqua Water Aerobics; and 13) She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
