Rachel is an experienced fitness professional who teaches private 1:1, small group and large group classes at Gold's, LA Fitness, 24-Hour, Chuze, Crunch, YMCA, Chaffey and Scripps College. She is certified for the following formats for more than 15 years: 1) E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance Educator-Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance; 2) Certified Mat Pilates; 3) Bootcamp, 4) HIIT, 5) Circuit Training, 6) CrossFit; 7) Les Mills (LM) Body Pump/Barbell weightlifting, 8) Les Mills BodyBalance/Vinyasa Flow Yoga; 9) Les Mills BodyStep; 10)Les Mills (LM) Barre; LM Shapes; LM Core; 11) Tivity certified in Silver Sneakers; 12) YMCA certified Aqua Water Aerobics; and 13) She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She develops and tailors workout classes and training programs that incorporates all of the specializations enumerated above thoughtfully considering her clients fitness goals, their individual style, baseline strengths, physical restrictions.
