Thanks for taking the time to check me out. I understand the utmost importance of having a solid foundation. For me, it looks a specific way and I am always working towards being more sustainable. I was always a skinny kid growing up. I was around 130 lbs going into my first year of college. I decided to overcome my fear of touching weights and being "weak" in the gym. So at 18 years old, I dove into lifting weights and building my physique, and getting stronger. Fast forward to 2020 and I was stronger than I ever have been and getting ready for a powerlifting meet. I was also heavier than I have ever been sitting right around 200lbs. My body fat was high and I had this feeling that I cannot keep up this weight because I don't feel great doing everyday life, this was not sustainable. My goal was to be the strongest guy in the gym and I compromised my lifelong health as a result. Fast forward to 2022 and I can finally say I am happy with where I am on my fitness journey. I am strong but not at the expense of being healthy. My physique is pleasing while living a sustainable lifestyle. I have gotten there by trial and error because the simple fact is, everything works in this fitness journey but, everything may not work forever. I have learned that compliance is the science and I can't let perfect be the enemy of the good. I understand life is difficult at times and finding sustainable healthy habits can be tough. However, I believe we are all capable of finding sustainable habits which enable us to live longer, happier, and healthier lives. What is sustainable for you is different than what works for me. My mission is to help you find out what works for you in this season of life and find sustainable ways to adapt to a life of healthy living.
