Specialized in muscle building and toning. I am very high on cardio exercises and burning fat while gaining strength and power. Weight lifting has increased more than just my physique and physical health. It has helped tremendously with my confidence and taking on daily life challenges. Before I ever started investing into my body, I was frail, small and in need of a plan. I have only been in fitness for 5 years and I have seen success. 2019 I weighed in at 145 pounds, currently weighing in at 170. Growing up I was an all around athlete. Playing basketball, football, track&field and soccer for a small amount of time. As a kid, I learned how to burn fat with cardio and riding bikes. I was taught to stretch daily and to run. Natural just running and stretching helped me out with mobility and stamina. My Goal now is help clients reach ultimate success and becoming the best version of themselves physically and mentally.
