Biography
I have been a certified personal trainer since 2020, freelance since 2004. Also, I have been a highschool football coach since 2014. This is my second year coaching girls flag football and we won a league championship this season (2023). I recently became a certified nutrition coach and the highschool wrestling team strength and conditioning coach in 2022. I really enjoy helping people meet their fitness goals. From preparing for competitive sports, to maintaining and improving overall health, confidence and body positivity, I believe I can help you reach any goal you may have.
